Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any damages caused during shipment. 

 

Any damage items received must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue and picture. Please send to juwleyewear@gmail.com

Warranty

Return Policy

  • We will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery

  • After 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for store credit

Return Procedure

  • Package your return in the JUWL BOX, if available, along with the receipt

  • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Please allow for 14 days for your order to be processed once received

Juwl Eyewear is not responsible for any damage caused by general use of the eyewear. Any manufacturing defects replacements are available within 3 months of purchase.
